Leaseback

Write a short headline

Lease your aircraft to our club

A safe, structured, FAA‑aligned way to reduce your costs while keeping your aircraft flying locally.

What’s in it for you?

Lease your airplane to the club and stop paying to keep it parked. We cover your hangar and insurance. You earn either a guaranteed monthly payment or hourly revenue—whichever is higher. Every hour flown builds your maintenance reserves, so the airplane finally pays for itself while you keep full ownership.

What you Provide

An airworthy aircraft
Logbooks and documentation
Annuals and Major maintenance

What the club provides

Monthly base payment / Hourly reserve (which ever is higher)
Hangar or tie‑down
Wear‑and‑tear maintenance
Insurance naming you as additional insured
Transparent scheduling and usage logs
A single point of contact for maintenance and communication

This gives owners confidence that their aircraft is in good hands.

This is the simplest way to keep your airplane flying while lowering your annual expenses.

Why Aircraft Owners Choose to Lease to a Flying Club

– Predictable minimum monthly income that offsets ownership costs
– Reduced total cost of ownership
– Exclusive use by vetted club members only
– No public rental or flight‑school wear
– No marketing, scheduling, or renter management
– Your aircraft stays local, active
– Pilots who treat the aircraft as if they own it

FAA‑Supported and Fully Compliant

Flying clubs are explicitly allowed to lease aircraft under FAA policy, as long as the club has exclusive, long‑term, owner‑like control. Our structure follows FAA guidance, including:

– AOPA and FAA Order 5190-6B section 10 compliance
– Exclusive‑use lease
– No rental to the public
– No flight‑school operations
– Members sharing equal financial responsibility
– Clear maintenance and insurance responsibilities

How Our Lease Structure Works

We keep the structure simple, transparent, and fair.

  • Exclusive use by club members
  • One‑year minimum lease term
  • Monthly base lease fee paid to the owner
  • Optional hourly reserves for engine/prop/major components
  • Clear division of maintenance responsibilities
  • Insurance naming the owner as additional insured
  • Transparent scheduling and usage logs
  • Dedicated maintenance liaison for communication

Owners know exactly what to expect—no surprises, no ambiguity.

Safety and Maintenance Standards

Your aircraft is treated with the same respect and care you expect from a co‑owner.

  • All pilots complete a club checkout with a qualified CFI
  • Members must maintain currency and proficiency
  • Aircraft is kept in a hangar or protected tie‑down
  • Club covers wear‑and‑tear items (oil, tires, brakes, subscriptions)
  • Owner covers airworthiness items (annual, ADs, major components)
  • Annual inspection labor covered by owner; parts discussed in good faith
  • All discrepancies reported immediately and documented

This structure protects the aircraft’s value and ensures safe, consistent operation.
